The Wellsboro Winter Celebration will offer many cold-weather, family friendly activities on Main Street and on The Green in Wellsboro.

Beginning at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 10 during the Wellsboro Winter Celebration and continuing until the ice melts, adults, teens and children can be photographed on the icy creations.

Ice carvers will demonstrate their skills by creating several ice masterpieces on the sidewalks in front of downtown Main Street businesses.
