BREAK THE CHAINS COALITION is a nonprofit organization that is focused on drug and alcohol addiction and self-harm, and suicide awareness/prevention. This year’s Festival is our eighth event. Join us for live music by local artists as well as national recording artists, public speakers, food, organizations, fun events for kids, and craft vendors.
