On Saturday, November 9th, there is a fun filled community event planned in Mansfield. This event, sponsored by the American Cancer Society with Tioga Running Club, is an opportunity to raise money and help cancer patients in Tioga County.
To get involved join us at Smythe Park in Mansfield on November 9th, as we run and walk past cancer.

Checking-in for the events begins at 8:30AM, on November 9th, at Smythe Park.

The registration day of fee for the 1 mile walk run is $15 with a maximum fee of $30 for immediate family members. The cost for the 5K run is $25.  All of the money raised at this event will go to eradicating cancer and helping patients in Tioga County.

Many community members have donated gifts to make this event extra special. Everyone who participates in either of the walk/run events will receive a free small ice cream from Wellsboro Creamery. Top runners in the 5K event will win medals. Also remember, all participants are encouraged to ramp up the fun by wearing costumes. The top costume participants will be awarded prizes. Prizes will be awarded for Best Dressed, Funniest, Scariest, Most Unusual, Cutest, Best Fictional Character, Best Group and Coolest Celebrity.
