The festivities start at 5:30 p.m. with the Halloween parade followed by Trick or Treat from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  There will also be Trunk or Treat set up on Morris St.  .

The Blossburg Borough with have Hot Chocolate and a Family Photo Op.

Bring your carved pumpkin to the borough office between 5pm-6pm on the 31st to be displayed during trick or treating.  All participants will receive a goodie bag from the borough.  Pumpkins will be discarded at 8pm if not picked up. (battery operated lights will be provided.)

The Blossburg Fire Department will have trucks around town to light up any dark areas!
