The Potter County Artisan Center will be hosting an ‘Afternoon Tea for Ladies’ on Sunday, February 18 at 2:00pm.  Join us for tea tastings, scones, finger sandwiches, and sweets.  We sill also be planting mini succulent gardens to take home.  The cost is $15.00 per person or 2 persons for $25.00.  Bring your daughter, your mom, your sister, your aunt or friend.  Ages 12 and up.
