FREE DECOUPAGE ORNAMENT CLASS FOR KIDS

The Wellsboro Art Club is offering FREE ornament decorating classes for kids on Saturday, December 16th. All materials will be provided. This class is open to children ages 7-14, and is limited to 12 students.
During the 10 AM session, children will learn how to decoupage Christmas paper on to a plastic ornament.
