Veterans Masks Class

In collaboration with This is My Quest’s veterans outreach director, Travis McConnell, we will be offering an art class for veterans on Tuesday, December 19th at 6PM. Each veteran will be given a mask and a variety of art materials to create their own “mask” to bring their inner thoughts to light. Art therapy has been proven to be an effective way for veterans to express trauma that they cannot find the words for.
This class is open to any veteran, male or female, combat or noncombat, from any generation. It will be led by a teacher with experience with PTSD counseling.
