When EG Kight talks, her endearing southern drawl attracts people like a magnet. And when she sings and plays that guitar, there’s no doubt that EG Kight means business. With rich vocals, a captivating guitar style, and a hefty catalog of well-crafted original songs, she has entertained audiences around the globe in true southern style. An indisputable triple threat – as singer, songwriter, and guitar player – with her own unique blend of “country flavored southern fried blues”, her unique blend of roots music appeals to fans across genres. Her 2023 “Sticks & Strings” album was nominated for a Blues Music Award for Acoustic Album. It debuted at #10 on the Billboard Blues Chart, #11 on the Big Blues Chart, #16 on the Living Blues Radio Chart and at #22 on NACC.  EG’s trio features Gary Porter (drums/harmonica) and Ken Wynn (guitar/dobro). This is the sixth and final concert of the WCCA 6-Concert season.
