Class #3: Conclude your journey with a sophisticated four-course meal perfectly paired with Oregon Hill wines. This final class will guide you through creating and pairing each course—starter, main, side, and dessert—with wines that enhance and elevate each dish. Chef James Fry will lead you through the preparation of each course, while Oregon Hill’s Sommelier will offer insights into how their wines complement your meal. This class is designed to showcase the art of pairing wine with a complete dining experience, leaving you with a newfound appreciation for the symbiosis between food and wine..
Dates for each class are 10/4 @ 6:00pm, 11/8 @ 6:00pm, 12/15 @ 2:00pm. If you do not want to do the whole series, single class reservations are accepted. COST: $59 pp or $98 for two people to share a cart (limit of 15 carts)
